By accessing or using the measurell website and photo measurement utility, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our software.
1. License and use.
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform and use the web-based image measurement tools for personal, academic, or professional calibration tasks.
You must not try to reverse-engineer our web code, scrap our client assets, or bypass the user interface mechanisms.
2. Calibration and accuracy disclaimer.
Please measure responsibly. All measurements provided by measurell are calculated based on user-calibrated reference coordinates (e.g., credit card ratios or coins). The tool translates pixel distances into real-world lengths using geometric ratios.
Because of camera perspective shifts, lens distortions, angles, and user calibration alignment errors, measurell does not guarantee the mathematical accuracy of the outputs.
Do not use measurell for high-precision engineering, medical diagnostics, critical structural calculations, or legal cases.
3. User data.
As outlined in our Privacy Policy, your uploaded photos are loaded locally inside your browser cache and memory. We do not inspect, upload, store, or take possession of your images. You are entirely responsible for the photos you select and measure on your machine.
4. Limitations of liability.
In no event shall measurell, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, material loss, project delay, or purchasing errors) arising out of the use or inability to use this service.
5. Changes to our service.
We reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or option in the measurement workspace without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or workspace modifications.
